Connects to the Tools Your MSP Relies On
Native Autotask PSA sync, Microsoft Teams notifications, and SMTP email alerts — with more integrations on the roadmap.
Autotask PSA
AvailablePSA IntegrationBidirectional synchronisation between Workflow Tracker and Autotask PSA keeps your ticketing system and deployment checklists in lockstep — automatically.
Key Capabilities
Bidirectional Ticket Sync
Create workflows from Autotask tickets, or generate Autotask tickets from workflows. Status flows both ways.
Automatic Note Push
Workflow completion notes, phase transitions, and task updates are automatically posted to the linked Autotask ticket as internal notes.
API Credential Configuration
Enter your Autotask API credentials directly in the Workflow Tracker admin panel. No developer setup required.
Zone Discovery
Workflow Tracker automatically discovers your Autotask API zone based on your credentials, ensuring correct endpoint routing.
Completion Auto-Sync
When a workflow closes, the Autotask ticket status and resolution notes are updated automatically.
Setup Steps
Add Autotask API credentials in Admin → Integrations
Zone is discovered automatically
Link new workflows to tickets by ticket number
Completion and note sync is automatic
Microsoft Teams
AvailableNotificationsWorkflow Tracker posts real-time notifications to your Microsoft Teams channels when deployments, onboarding jobs, and other workflows reach key milestones.
Key Capabilities
Webhook Notifications
Configure one or more Microsoft Teams webhook URLs to receive notifications. Each webhook can be mapped to a specific channel.
Configurable Per Workflow Type
Choose which workflow types trigger Teams notifications — deployments only, or all workflow types including onboarding and telco.
Completion Alerts
A notification is posted to Teams when a workflow is marked complete, including client name, technician, task count, and linked PSA ticket number.
Phase Transition Alerts
Optionally notify Teams when a workflow moves from one phase to the next, keeping the whole team informed during longer deployments.
Setup Steps
In Microsoft Teams, create an Incoming Webhook for your channel
Copy the webhook URL
Paste the URL in Admin → Integrations → Teams
Select which workflow types trigger notifications
Email Notifications
AvailableNotificationsSMTP-based completion emails keep technicians, team leads, and clients informed when workflows are completed, with a full deployment summary attached.
Key Capabilities
SMTP Configuration
Connect any SMTP server — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or a dedicated relay — from the Workflow Tracker admin panel.
Completion Summary Emails
When a workflow closes, a summary email is sent with the workflow name, client, technician, completion time, and a task-by-task breakdown.
Configurable Recipients
Choose who receives completion emails: the assigned technician, the team lead, and/or a client contact email address.
Setup Steps
Enter SMTP server details in Admin → Integrations → Email
Test the connection with a test email
Set default recipient roles for each workflow type
Optionally add client contact email per client
